However, it also slowly destroy the health. If you keep eating carbohydrate while your body does not need much of it, it will be stored as sugar and fat inside your body. It obviously brings more fat inside your body. Scarsdale diet menu will fix it all. Basically, Scarsdale diet puts a limit on carbohydrate consumption. It’s considered as low carbohydrate diet as it only inserts small amount of carbohydrate into the menu. The initiate step lasts for 14 days and continued with Keep Trimmed program for another 14 days after the initiate step. This diet method does not only put strict limit on your meals, but also on beverages that you drink.

What To Eat In Scarsdale Diet Menu

There will be daily menu carefully set during this Scarsdale diet. The basic rules consist of very limited amount of carbohydrate. The menu mostly consists of fresh vegetables and fruit. Butter, margarine, oil, mayonnaise, and other fat are strictly forbidden on this diet. Even for the salad, it only uses lemon or vinegar as the dressing. You must put aside potato, corn, or beans. Lean meat must be chosen to minimize calorie intake. No alcoholic beverage should be consumed during this diet. Sugar is not permitted, though artificial sweetener is still allowed in this Scarsdale diet menu.
