You should also avoid these foods which are considered dangerous for your gastric ulcer. Fruits and vegetables with high citric acids such as lemons, grapefruits, oranges, tomatoes corn and broccoli are believed be able to increase gastric ulcer. Cakes, pastries, crackers and the other bread products with nuts and dry fruits are also prohibited for this diet plan. Meat products with high level trans-fat like deep-fried meat, poultry and fish should also be avoided. Spicy foods are also the enemy of people who have gastric ulcer so you should try to avoid black and red chili pepper.
